he VIP Compensation Plan
As a VIP Member you are able to receive compensation in four different ways:
1. Referral Fee Commissions -Each time one of your personally referred free Members makes a purchase with a participating store or merchant, you will earn a percentage of their purchase as a Referral Fee Commission. The Referral Commissions you will earn can vary, depending on what each Store or Merchant agrees to pay, but they can be as high as 12%. You will be notified each time one of your Members makes a purchase and you are able to track your earnings at a personal Income Report.
Example : You refer someone to become a free DHS Club Member and they make a purchase of $100.00 online from a ClubShop Mall Store or offline with a ClubBucks Merchant that pays a 5% Referral Fee Commission. You earn 5% of $100.00 or $5.00. |

Extensive training programs and assistance are included in your ClubAdvantage subscription, so you can learn a variety of ways to refer others to become free Members. The DHS Club also enables you to participate in an Advertising Marketing Cooperative to affordable purchase new free Member accounts.
With our training program and tools, you can learn how to refer thousands of Members internationally and locally to earn Referral Fee Commissions from!
Example :You refer 1,000 Members that you earn an average $5.00 Referral Fee Commission on each one, each month. Your monthly Referral Fee Commissions would equal $5,000.00.
And you don't have to take any orders or make any deliveries either. You just use our proven marketing systems to refer new Members and each time they make a purchase, you earn a Referral Fee Commission.
2. Monthly Organizational Income - This income could also be referred to as "override" commissions and it is based on your earning a percentage of ALL the purchases made by you and by ALL of the Members AND VIPs that come into your organization. Each subscription or purchase carries a " Pay Point " value. The Pay Point percentage on each purchase will also vary from store to store and how much of it you can earn will be based on the amount of Pay Points that are generated by your organization.
Our ClubAdvantage Training program will teach you step by step how to gain, manage and train VIPs so that you can build an international organization of Members and VIPs. You can have VIPs in your organization that are referring Members throughout the world.
At our highest pay level ( Executive Director ), you can earn as much as 70% of your Organization's Pay Points and there are no limits as to how much you can earn in Monthly Organizational Income.
Example:You need at least 6,000 Organizational Pay Points to qualify as an Executive Director, which entitles you to earn a gross Monthly Organizational Income of your Organization's Pay Points, prior to our deducting the Monthly Organizational Income entitlements for the VIPs in your organization.
70% of 6,000 = $4,200
What your VIPs may earn will vary, but our Training program will teach you how to develop your organization so that you are able to retain at least 50% of your gross Monthly Organizational Income as " take home pay ".
As your Pay Points increase, so does the percentage that you are entitled to be paid.

3. Vested Income Pension - This is the DHS Club's exclusive way for you to earn a genuine " residual income ". This income is " vested ", which means that you will be entitled to receive it in the future ( upon your becoming an Executive Director and having at least one of the VIPs in your Organization become an Executive Director too ). And this income is " residual ", which means that it is paid to you each month, without your having to do anything more to be entitled to it. You and your VIP Team do the work once, but you get paid for it on a continuing basis. As a VIP, you can earn a Vested Income Pension worth hundreds of dollars per month or thousands of dollars per month, depending on how many Executive Directors you develop in your organization.
Example:Your starting Vested Income Pension, based on your having just one Executive Director with a minimum of 6,000 Pay Points in a month would be $450.00 per month. ( See the table below: 7.5% of 6,000 = $450.00)

As the number of Executive Directors in your Organization increases and their volumes increase, you are able to earn thousands of dollars a month in Vested Income, as you are paid a Pension Income on Executive Directors to 4 levels deep in your organization.
Example:You have six Executive Directors at all four levels in your Organization, each having 10,000 Organizational Pay Points. Your Pension Income would be calculated as follows:
Level 1 - 10,000 @ 10% = $1,000 X 6 Execs = $6,000
Level 2 - 10,000 @ 5% = $500 X 6 Execs = $3,000
Level 3 - 10,000 @ 2.5% = $250 X 6 Execs = $1,500
Level 4 - 10,000 @ 1% = $100 X 6 Execs = $600
TOTAL MONTHLY PENSION INCOME = $11,100
Note :The Vested Income Pension is paid each month along with your Monthly Organizational Income and Referral Fee Commissions, except that you do not have to do anything more to be entitled to it. You do the work once, but get paid for it on a continuing basis.

4. Executive Director Benefits - Besides qualifying for the highest level of pay, once you become an Executive Director, there are a number of benefits that you will be entitled to:
- Qualify as an Executive Director for 3 consecutive calendar months and earn a 3-day/2-night, "all expenses paid" trip to DHS Club Headquarters and the Palm Island Resort in Englewood, Florida.

Executive Directors that meet specific leadership qualifications are welcomed to be " President's Club " Members. President's Club Members are eligible to receive rewards or incentive trips that may be offered from time to time, which include free lodging at a DHS Club Retreat. |

President's Club Members are also invited to serve on a Chief Council Board, to consult with and advise DHS Club Founder and CEO Dick Burke in monthly and annual meetings.
